allergic to prednisone

hi to all! i was in the hospital for four days. was discharged

yesterday. i had another attack last thursday, went to the E.R. the

doctors fr. the E.R. could not hear any wheezing from my lungs,

that's probably because of my ventolin inhaler and my neb starting to

kick in.

after my x-ray and my blood tests, they found out my segmenters are a

little high. they said i have infection. then they discharged me.... i

can't believe that they want to send me home without informing my

pulmo dr. and my nails are already bluish from the lack of oxygen.

anyway, i went directly to my dr's clinic and had a check up. my

doctor admitted me to the hospital and told me that it was

catastrophic to let me go home in my condition. i was given steroids

which from the past i know that i has an allergic reaction to it, but

they said it was not supposed to give me an allergic reaction. but

unfortunately, i had anaphylactic reaction to it.

i want to know if anybody else here is allergic to prednisone. my

doctor told me i was his only patient who is allergic to that. and

that he wanted me to be his case study....
