Guest guest
Hi everyone. I have recently been introduced to The Work and bought an audio CD called THE TRUTH BEHIND ADDICTION by Byron . I love the approach and the technique, but what I found myself wondering is whether I missed what she was saying about the truth behind addictions. She mentions that behind addictions is some relationship with a person, mother, father, brother, etc. Beyond this, in anyone's experience, are there central beliefs about rewards or pleasure or cravings, etc., that anyone has found worthy of doing the work on? Maybe someone could point me in the right direction, or we can work on something together. -tony
