Hi Arlene,

Yes I am taking CS and happy with the results...very happy. Also LDN, ms is stable no progression for 3 years and I do not get colds or any other sickness anymore. Even when others around me get colds. I increase the CS to 4 or 5 times daily and no colds. I used to get 2 or 3 every year....have not had one in 3 years....a long time for me.
