The melatonin bottle says " Consult your physician before using if you

have an autoimmune condition... " . Anyone know why?

melatonin at 3mg or 6mg 30 minutes before she takes her LDN. If she does not

get sleepy on the 6mg of melatonin go up to 9mg and on up to 15mg of melatonin

if needed. I feel blah the next day if I stay up too late.
