Thanks for the quotes, Roslyn,

All very beautiful and true. I think Ram Dass is very cool. I read

Be Here Now back in the 70's, but didnt really " get it " back then. I

saw him lecture once in the 80's and was very impressed by him.

I have to agree especially with the quote about suffering. My recent

struggles have caused me to focus intensely on the work. That was

all I could think of just to survive. I had read Loving What Is a

year ago and loved it, but hadnt gone deep enough with it. This made

me go back in and really be a sponge. I had to!

I used to feel that all my struggles with a kundalini disorder had

taken me from God, and made me unable to meditate. NOw I realize

that my greatest obstacle is my greatest blessing.

Medical doctors are clueless in helping me, ofcourse, but I have

seen some wholistic people that have been helful. In fact, I am

doing pretty well this past week. whew!

Im glad you are doing well this week .. and glad you liked the

quotes.. im glad somebody on here likes quotes.

I read most of Be Here Now..have you read the Power Of Now by Tolle

.. . my husband liked that one --I need to reread it sometime i never

really got it.

Theres a video also out of Ram Dass after his stroke.. but i was

never able to find it and since i had already seen it i guess that was

not something i needed.. you might like it but i cant say how you

would ever get it.

BEst wishes Roslyn
