Guest guest
Hi ! It is only a theorie, that LDN works by endorfins.Dr.Agrawal has published a theorie, that LDN works by decreasing glutamat levels in the brain, there are theories, which say, that some T lymphocytes will increase in their number.Nobody knows exactly, there are no measurements and publications. I read also about a big number of patients in my forum, who dont have any benefit with symptoms and who have new MRI lesions and exacerbations in the brain.Maybe LDN only improves some symptoms and the progression does not stopp. That ist the opinion of Dr.Mir,who made the EVERS LDN study in Germany. One patient of my forum stopped LDN because he believed, that his libido wento down to zero.Without a study which measures the progression it is very difficult to believe in LDN for a bigger number of patients and only those, who have no other choice will try it. I Think everyone should say the truth. Best wishes.
