Guest guest
, Dr. Bihari came up with the dosage after thinking through just how long bodies should go without endorphins before your body could do a check and decide to produce more. When people are taking larger dosages they are actually going without endorphins for a longer period of time. That is most likely why 200mg is used for keeping the euphoric feeling from drugs from being effective in our bodies. So there may very well be something to the idea that using a larger amount (like 25mg) may actually be suppressing your immune system (similar to the crab meds). Or perhaps it is stopping your production of endorphins for a slightly longer period of time and then making you produce even more endorphins. However one thing seems certain, it has helped some people with stopping or slowing down flare-ups. The big question is whether this dosage would hinder your long term goals of keeping progression from occurring. By the way. The dosage is closer to the German study for LDN that was completed last year. They gave a larger dosage (can't remember the amount) and gave it to their study group in the morning rather than the evening. They determined that it had a 30% success rate. So, even though it was the wrong amount and given at the wrong time, they still came out at about the same rating as the Crab drug advocates have seen in their studies (or so I have heard somewhere). A very interesting conundrum.
