Interesting, that is something I will look into. I am tackling my deficiencies one by one, so I might as well make that one the next. Thanks!

I started to get a cramp in my right foot whenI would awake in the morningsI had the same, exactly the problem in my left calf. After a week onMagneseun + Cuprum compount it dissapeart, and it was not related toLDN because I had it before I start taking LDN.

,

Thats wise, but lets be real. Nobody should take

ANY medication without looking into them.

You know I actually had not been to the website in some time cause it never seemed to get updated! I found pretty early that 3 was the one for me. The first 3 months of it I started with 1.5, then 3.0 then 4.5. I realised that 3.0 was the best due to a little bit of stiffness from the 4.5, but it was barely perceptible. Here recently I had been pretty stressed so I figured I would would boost with 4.5. I guess I did not take the side effects too seriously since I did not experience them the first time. This has been a great learning experience though. I still don't know if I am experiencing aggravated symptoms, or an attack. The symptom would come and go sometimes which does not seem much like an attack. Oh well, thank you for your thoughts on the matter!

Personally, I don't think anyone should take LDN without first looking at the official LDN website: www.low dose naltrexone.org. It specifically says that people with MS who have experienced stiffness/spasticity before or on LDN, should only take 3 mg. Dr. Bihari added this piece of information about six months ago.
