Guest guest
Altough I am taking LDN for cervical cancer and find it really helpful, my doctor wondered if I was also hypothyroid and asked me to keep temperature records. He also suggested I came off the LDN for a few days - disastrous! Anyway, while I was off the LDN my morning temperature was really low - 36 to 36.1 degrees celsius. As soon as I started the LDN again, it was up to a fairly normal for me of 36.6 degrees. 37 degrees is standard normal but first morning temp is usually lower anyway. I also didn't feel the chill through me and had more energy. I find the LDN seems to balance my whole body and regulate my whole system. Good stuff!
