Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone knows if the

pushups where you have your knees bent versus full

body pushups work the same. I am trying to reduce my

chest and someone suggested push ups along with the

butterflies I already have been doing. I want to make

sure I am doing this right! (Plus, i have a hard time

breathing when I do the full body pushups.) Thanks

I like her style too. I have a set of the " Steel " tapes. They are good

target workouts. Easy to follow and not too advanced. Unfortunately I

never stuck with them long enough to actually see anything; and the ab

workout was all kinds of crunches -- which I can't do. :-(

But I liked the other tapes, and I like her attitude on the tapes. Even

though she's built like someone in a magazine, she understands that most

people aren't built like that and never will be -- no matter how hard they

work at it.

She gives you the impression that she's not trying to make you into Ms.

Body Beautiful, but just trying to help you get to the best " you " that you

can be.

I hope all of that made sense.

Well, pushups will strengthen the muscles in your chest, giving you a look of

more cleavage and pushing up your breasts-is that the type of " boobers "

workage you want?

If it is the opposite, then lowering your body fat will help shrink them...

I can't believe you do all of those pushups! I am in awe...

You are too funny. Actually, I have never been able

to do push ups before until after doing Tae-bo. I

just got down on the floor and did it (when

asked us to in one of the tapes) and I was shocked

that I could do them! I just started this week doing

40 a day. I hope it works on the boobers, you know!!

They are the upper body of steel tapes by Tamilee

Webb. They are not expensive and have 3 15-minute

workouts for arms, back, shoulders, and chest. :> Sherry
