I would actually use both - 5, 710, 37 - there are various other combinations that could work too but that's my first thought.

I am wondering if there are any differences in using biotheraputic drainage to treat an ear infection with a perforation, as opposed to one without? For example, would I still use 710, or would I switch to 37(since the perforation technically makes it 'open')?

Thanks for the help.
