Rhonda,

Opening up the DL-Phenylalanine capsule and pouring some out and then closing up

capsule and taking what's left in the capsule in calsule form would be best.

From what I have researched, there are numerous cautions regarding this, particularly if you also ingest Aspartame (diet foods) in your diet.

My understanding is that this becomes L-Tyrosine (essential amino acid contained within proteins) and the Tyrosine is what then helps with mood. Taking L-Tyrosine supps may be safer.

Just my 2 cents but I have read of so many cautions regarding DL-Phen.

I may react totally different now but I just wanted to try again and see if it helps in any way. Rhonda>> Hi Joanna,> > If you
