Hasn't Dr. Bihari changed that over 4.5mgs will supress the immune

system. I have been taking 5mgs since I felt the pain in shins more

often on 4.5mgs after taking the generic which messed me up. I still

feel it some on 5mgs but not as often. Should I go back to 4.5mgs?
