Guest guest
I don't know if this would help in your situation but I found that the doctor would not listen to me so I talked to the pharmacist who looked up the information then he called the doctor and let him know it was safe and used for the purpose we are using it for. It seemed to help. This may be another direction you can take. good luck [low dose naltrexone] Season change question For the last few days I have been extremely stiff . Guest guest
Yes! I am so stiff today in my thighs, back, and arms. This is trhe first time that they have actually ached because of stiffness, and the pain/stiffness has shot up into my forearms. I've noticed that my hands and thighs do get stiffer when it gets colder or when I touch cold things (like sit on a metal or wooden chair when the chair is sitting on a tile or cement floor, or when I hold onto metal handrails), but this stiffness is much worse than normal today--it's also a rainy, yucky day. I live in England, an I take 3.0 mg of LDN nightly. I started on Oct 1 and have worked my way up to 3.0 mg, which I've been taking for about a week now. I was about to increase my dosage again, but as of today I'm a lttle afraid ofd doing that. Does anyone have any suggestions for the doage, the stiffness, or the reaction to cold? Thanks! noclue915@... wrote: For the last few days I have been extremely stiff . I feel the same way I felt when taking too high a dose of LDN.
