Guest guest
Jim, You are not required to go to bed/sleep when you take LDN. People who work graveyard shift take LDN between the hours of 9pm and 3am. LDN's working powers have nothing to do with whether you are asleep or not. Try taking your LDN at 10pm and see if you get a better response from it and also you need better sleep to heal your body. Staying up through the night is not good, it gets your body out of sync, especially your melatonin. Your taking LDN is interesting, I thought you had MS. I have a friend in Missouri who has a husband who has had an accident on his dad's farm and he's paralyzed from the waist down. Keep giving updates periodically. Guest guest
; The two Dr's I've been seeing diagnosed my MS, but believe it's my lower back that's keeping me from walking, that's why they referred me to the back specialist.
