how long to be off interferons before LDN

ok, I know many here don't know my story. No insurance, lost my

Copaxone coverage. For some reason Rebif qualified me. Was on LDN and

copaxone and doing great. Before starting Rebif I had a major flare so

I thought I had better try something. Well I am getting very tired of

it. Sleep all day, no energy, I know the flu stuff is to be expected

but sheesh.

I am thinking about going back to LDN I have it in the drawer.

On the flip side we will be getting new health insurance at the end of

the yr, it won't cover me for a yr:(

So can anyone say how long I should be off the rebif I am only up to

22 mcg's that is half dose.
