Guest guest
I feel very very spacy since I started LDN. I'm taking 4.5 mg/night, and I take it 10:30-11 pm. I slept ok last night, so I don't think it's sleepiness. Has anyone else experienced this effect? Will it fade? Any input appreciated. I take my LDN at 9pm or 9:30pm. Been on 4.5mg for 2 yrs & 3 months and doing quite well for a chronic progressive MS'er. My MS progression has stopped.
