Guest guest
Hang in there Kaz, It sometimes takes a while to see any results. Everyone's body is effected differently. If you wish to try putting the contents into liquid and drinking it down, some chatters have had better effects with that. It dose seem however that the liquid is also more potent for some and they tend to end up using a bit less of the contents of the capsule. Are you taking LDN for MS or for something else? You might also look into supplements and diet which seem to go hand in hand with helping symptoms while on LDN. If you would like, I can send you a list of what my husband is taking and his diet. He has been very fortunate and lost most of his symptoms.
