Yes I call the 2nd number and keep calling back until i get an answer after pressing 1 and the # sign. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I received mine Oct. 11. It was a cc web order and took about 3 weeks.

I ordered from them on Sept 2, and they never sent me an e-mail saying that they were out of stock or that there was a problem with filling my order (annoying, since on their website they say they'll contact you within a few business days if there will be a problem with your order).

It was only when I sent an e-mail to customer service on 9/20 that they replied, "Oh, we were out of stock on the 2nd...did you still want it?" I finally got my package on Oct 4th. Recieved the order confirmation e-mail of the 9/20 order Sept 30th.

My very first order for Revia was on August 2nd, and they never filled it because of the credit card security # issue (put in the wrong #). Did not get an e-mail from them that time about an order problem then, either, and only found out about the CC issue after I sent them an e-mail at the end of August wondering where my order was.

I would send an e-mail if calling isn't working, as they responded fairly promptly to mine. support@... Baran <lindalouu@...> wrote:
