Guest guest
Hi, I just joined this group, which was recommended by a member of another group I belong to, for the specific carbohydrate diet. I'm wondering what benefits others have seen from taking a low dose of naltrexone. I'm curious because I know that I have a leaky gut, very poor digestion, a yeast overgrowth, poor carbohydrate metabolism, arthritis, a low thyroid, exhausted adrenal glands, a congested liver, and a pituitary gland that isn't working right! Well, I know that sounds like a long list, but believe it or not, I'm an average person who suspects that these problems are probably fairly common. I'm trying to address everything at their root cause, and believe that if I can fix the gut issues, probably everything else will go away. I would love to hear of any others who have these issues, and have seen some improvement from using LDN. thanks in advance, Marilyn
