A Prayer.....Guide Me

Lord, lead me, guide me, walk beside me-

Help me find my way,

For at times I tend to wander

Like a sheep that's gone astray.

Walk with me down every mile

On this road that we call " life, "

And when I'm feeling overwhelmed,

Please carry me through my strife.

Guide me with Your gentle hand,

Make me sensitive to its touch,

For my way isn't always best

And my will's sometimes too much.

Lead me, walk before me,

Make my path open and wide;

Just show me the way and there I'll stay

To serve You by and by.
