You need to do a year or more of yeast cleaning from your body. Try this... Essential Fatty Acids...Black Current Seed Oil gelcaps and Flaxseed Oil. Acidophilus(milk free) L. bifidus Quercitin, Bromelain I use a combination capsule by Solaray brand of non-citrus QBC PLEX it contains Quercetin, Bromelain, Vitamin C Complex. Garlic(kyolic) Caprylic Acid, Tea Tree Oil, Pau D'Arco, Grapefruit Seed Extract...I get all of these recommended for yeast cleaning in one combo capsule by Solary brand called Yeast-Cleanse Vitamin B Complex 100mg 3x's daily eat veggies, fish, and gluten free grains such as brown rice drink distilled water only make sure your diet is fruit free for at least 2 months(no citrus or acidic fruits, lemons, grapes, limes, pineapple, tomatoes, be 100% sugar free--for at least 9 months to a year or forever, candida thrives in a sugary environment...so your diet should be low in carbohydrates and contain no yeast products(especially alcoholic beverages). no sugar in any form...use stevia sweetener.
