Guest guest
I like the discretion thing. I find when a person has a little bit of knowledge-especially me-it can be a bad thing. I don't know what Chinese herbs were given to me. I would like to treat myself if she couldn't be found though. The barks and herbs she used would most likely be found at a specialty shop for 'Chinese' herbology. I could go to the herbal dispensary and find out though. It is one less thing on my mind though. Guest guest
i don't see any reason why your holistic practitioner would not tell you the ingredients of your remedy. my accupunturist just made a new powder to help me with the swelling in my neck. i asked what was in it and she took me to the back room and pulled out every chinese herb used and let me touch and smell each ingredient. she then explained why each item was used and was actually excited by my curiosity. one of the ingredients used, interestingly enough, was oyster shell. i am also taking a pill combo called 'relaxed wanderer'. this particular pill has done wonders for my heartrate, grinding teeth, and general stress. i ran out one week and all these symptoms returned. i would reccomend this pill for all those still on beta blockers. it is actually seems more effective than when i was taking two whole beta blockers per day. mary margaret
Guest guest
Margaret, Thanks for the " relaxed wanderer " . I will ask my DOM to make this one for me. My goiter formula has oyster shell also. My symptoms are less except for the heart rate. Maybe this will do the trick. Deb
