Guest guest
I found that one leg was shorter than the other. First they built up my heel which made my footdrop even worse. I had my shoe front built so the contact point is heel-front of foot. This actually has helped me walk better, being aware of straigtening my foot rather being worried about tripping and falling. Please note that this does not help if you are too tired or if your ankle or knee gives out causing you to collapse. I buy high top basketball sneakers which have a completely flat surface. The shoemaker puts the lift between the bottom sole and sneaker. No one notices my lift and I walk with little comment.
