I still think you have to specify filler with Irmat. I believe they were switching to calcium carbonate and didn't tell people they switched. I don't know if they still do, but best to speficy. I used them for a while and they switched me. I had to call and switch back.

Below is a link to my mom's breast cancer treatment and updates. My mom had a

lumpectomy and refused chemo and is doing 4.5mg LDN instead. Click on link below

and ignore any google ads at top. Scroll down a bit to see start of thread and

keep reading because there are updates throughout the thread. BE SURE THAT THE

COMPOUNDING PHARMACY YOU CHOOSE TO COMPOUND YOUR LDN " DOES NOT " USE " CALCIUM

CARBONATE " AS YOUR CAPSULE FILLER. If you are lactose intolerant or are

allergic to Avicel like a few folks are then ask that Acidophilus be used as

your filler or even Gelatin. Calcium Carbonate has at times made LDN be

sustained/slow release and LDN needs to release fast to work. Since you have a

life threatening illness staying away from Calcium Carbonate as a filler would

be in your best interest. Print this info off so you will remember. Irmat

pharmacy is who Dr. Bihari sends all his patients to, they can mail you your

order...see list of pharmacies on LDN site for Irmat Pharmacy in New York.

Irmat uses lactose as first choice of filler but if you are lactose intolerant

ask Irmat to use Acidophilus instead. There are zero complaints on Acidophilus.

You have a very wise alternative medicine doctor to suggest LDN as a cancer

preventative.

Arlene,

Dr. Bihari took care of that. He told Irmat to go with Lactose only unless a

patient specified otherwise. Bihari started his research with lactose filler

and he wants that research continued with lactose if at all possible.
