Guest guest
Terry, Is this effect of coffee unique to the bean and unrelated to the caffeine content? Just wondering one would get the same effect from green or black tea? Thanks for the acidity tips too. Guest guest
Layla-- I'm so glad you told us about this. I'd noticed that all those darker roast flavors were not appealing to me. I even like the Balanced Blend offered by Eight-O-Clock better than the standard Colombian! I'm always using a scoop of this and a scoop of that to make something that will appeal to me. Now I have an understanding why, Thank! --Terry PS -- I'm sure the research on the Sugar thing is not that hard to find at Google. I read that in an Weil newsletter at least 6 years ago. Like I said, I keep looking for trends and then hook them together. Coffee helps to keep the Liver flushed out > > > > > >Oh, I'm so happy!
