I am a patient of Dr. Bihari's as well. I called him a while back, to ask him if my dosage should be upped. He told me no, that he recommends going up, if one weighs more than 130 lbs. I weigh 123 lbs. All I mean to say, is going up to 4.5, is not for everyone. I take 3.0, and he didn't recommend me going up, because of my weight. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ It's this type of info that confuses people so. We all need to rememember that there is only anecdotal evidence anyway. Even Dr B, being the pioneer, doesn't have all the definitive answers. If I were fortunate enough to go to see him, I would definately do as he recommended. We just have to experiment and see what works best individually. As far as the pharmacy issue goes, I use The Prescription Center as it was on the list when I started. I've never had a 'bad batch.' Dr B recommends Irmat Pharmacy, as it it is local, and he is familiar with it. I've heard of the occassional 'bad batch' coming from there. It's possible that could happen from any pharmarmacy. It's my opinion that The Prescription Center has gotten a bad rap. Wayne, the pharmacist has been so helpful, but when he was taken off of the 'list', some just won't drop the subject and let people make up their own minds.
