We are heating the water to 70 degree then SLES and SLS is dissoved in the mixing vessel .In the another vessel we are mixing at 70 degree CDEA , CAB, POLYQUART 7 etc,When both the temp reches 70 degree we transfer the material from the vessel containing CDEA,CAPB,POYQUART etc to the mixing vessel .Cooling it to 45 degee centigrade and then we add presevative and 38 degree we add it frangrance and salt, citric acid . My question is whether heating to 70 degree required for making shampoo? I hope i will get the answer from members . Thanks and Regards jbbhat
