Guest guest
Yes, give it some time. If you are taking 4.5mg and you are a male, you may wish to reduce to 3.0mg. That worked for my husband. Guest guest
This happened to my husband. He started at 3mg the first month and had leg stiffness after about a week. We upped it to 4.5 the second month and the stiffness continued. Unfortunately with these discussion groups, there is a lot of differing advice. People say to up the dose and some say to lower it. He also has primary progressive which makes it more difficult to decide what to do. He's reaching the 3-month mark and has decided to stay at 4.5 even though he has not made any improvements. His physio did say that his balance had improved recently so who knows what to think. However, he does not have the stiffness that he had at the beginning. So when others tell you to persist for at least 3 months that is good advice. Good luck and let us know how it goes. Louise > Yes, give it some time. Guest guest
Elio, I've just completed my third week of 3.5mg. The symptoms that I had when I started the LDN did worsen, and recent ones did return, but I think I'm past all that now. So , for me, yes, they did worsen and then subside in the third week > Can MS symptoms worsen say after a week of taking LDN and then get > better?
