Guest guest
Hi all, I started taking LDN a week ago and had no side effects (I thank God for that) and was doing well for about four days. However my allergies are acting up and I feel like I'm coming down with a cold and and I'm feeling a little more fatigue and a little more twitching. I was at 3mg and bumped it upto 4.5mg last nite will wait and see. However, my question is about adrenal exhaustion. I posted this question a while back and a women answered that her husband's adrenal exhaustion was helped with LDN. I would be curious to know how long it took. From what I hear it takes a while to correct adrenal exhaustion. Ciao Elio
Guest guest
Hi Elio, Try taking Dairy and wheat out of your diet and see if that helps with the allergies. My husband has not had his regular allergy season this year, as he has for 20 years prior.
