Do not squirt Flonase or Rhinocort during time of LDN dose or while LDN is

working, 9pm to 3am. Try and use the nose sprays from about 6am or 7am or a

little later. Do not over use nose spray as this might interfere with LDN.

Since LDN I have cut back on my Flonase use and may stop it altogether. They

now have a homeopathic Nasal spray at some healthfood stores, I believe made by

Similasan. I use the Similasan eye drops. I feel the homeopathic way would be

best if it works.

If you eat USA meats from the regular grocery or eat/drink dairy from regular

grocery you are getting loaded with steroids. I buy my meats from a butcher who

makes sure his meats are all organic...no steroids(growth hormones) and no

antibiotics and you can certainly tell the difference. My steaks are not rubber

and tough from the butcher shop I use. I scrimp every penny and dime and buy my

groceries at an organic grocery.
