Guest guest
Hi Matt, Yes definitely. You should stop 3 or 4 days before. I had a terrible experience after an emergency op on a badly broken leg. They bolted and plated it. I had my last ldn friday night. The op was Sunday morning and the IV drip of pain relief they put you on once you get back to the ward DID NOT have any effect. I never want to go through that again. I would have let them cut off my leg it was so bad. Also tell them you have had ldn it may change what they put you on, I don't know. Good luck with the surgery -- [low dose naltrexone] LDN prior to surgery I have a question for the group..... I'm scheduled to have knee surgery next Thursday morning (October 6). I'm on 4.5 mg LDN. Should I refrain from taking it the night before my surgery? Since it is such a small amount, I can't ssee that it would have any effect. (??) Thanks, Matt
