I have decided I want to try LDN first. I have printed out the MS section of low dose naltrexone.com and Dr. Bahari's CV. I plan to take those to my neurologist along with Bradley's book and web addresses

I also printed out the MS section and Dr Bihari's CV. Rather than take it with me at my appointment, I sent it to the doctor in advance with a note requesting that he look it over prior to my visit.

I figured that way he could read it when he had some time, and he wouldn't have to just skim through it, or tell me he would have to let me know about the ldn after he read it. We could discuss it at my appt. I told him when I saw him that I would like to try it for the 9 months Dr Bihari recommends, and if I didn't get any results discuss other options.

By the way, he gave me a script the day I saw him, stating it could do me no harm.

Just a suggestion. Hope it helps.

Hi Arlene,

Mailing the info to my neurologist in advance of my appointment makes a world

of sense. Thanks for the advise! Aletha emailed me a ton of useful information

as well. I'll contact her to inquire if she thinks I should sent the doctor

folder in advance as well.

I called Dr.Bahari's office earlier today to inquire if it was ok for my

neurologist to contact him. The man I spoke with there said that would be fine,

but Dr. Bahari may be unable to return his call quickly as he's still in rehab

recovering from a neck injury. The gentleman I spoke with was quite nice and I

told him to give the doctor my wishes for a speedy recovery.

Thanks again for your help, Arlene!

Sincerely,
