IEQ/IAQ rating system for buildings?

Is anyone aware of any IEQ/IAQ rating systems for buildings?What I'm thinking of is along the lines of something that would give a building a green, yellow or red symbol based on these ratings, something like Public Health does for restaurants.Has anyone done anything like this? Are there any simple criteria lists already available?Thanks for your assistance,linda

There is a new hazard rating tool currently being reviewed and implemented at

HUD. I have not seen it, yet, but am told that it is looking promising.
