I think that the INS number thing is a whole lotta hoopla, and not worth the time it takes to calculate! There's a whole lot more to be gained from understanding the fatty acid profile of an oil or combinations of oils and how that will contribute to the final product than going for some " perfect " degree of hardness (which is all that magical number of 160 will give you).
