You can start LDN now. If possible try to reach 4.5mg unless your son is below

100 pounds and then do 3.0mg unless instructed otherwise by Bihari's office.

Contacting Dr. Bihari's office would be in your son's best interest as they can

give you more advice and make suggestions on other supplements that could be

beneficial. You may have to speak to Bihari's assistant due to Bihari being in

rehab for hip surgery. But Bihari's assistant has been researching LDN for

years along with Bihari. Be sure to use one of the reputable compounding

pharmacies from the LDN site for quality LDN. The best known fillers for the

LDN capsules are Acidophilus(so far no complaints), Lactose(if allergic can

cause stomach upset), Avicel(if allergic can cause nausea, headache & vomiting)

and some use Gelatin(so far no complaints). With your son having cancer take no

chances using calcium carbonate(CC) as a filler in his LDN capsules. CC has

been found to be iffy by some of us. CC has made LDN release slow and LDN must

release fast. The Compounder on the LDN website uses very little CC in with

other fillers and the CC in that fashion so far hasn't caused a problem. If

your son is lactose intolerant ask for Acidophilus as his filler.

Neurologist who has prescribed LDN.

Dear Bren,

Thank you so much for your kind response. The information you

provided is very helpful to us. We will call Dr. Bihari's office for

a consultation.

We are considering using LDN simultaneusly with another full-system

therapy - notably Cesium Chloride or the Kurosawa " Kocktail " (chek

www.grouppekurosawa.com if you are interested).

My son is scheduled for a PET scan on Oct. 6th and right after that,

we are planning to start on whichever protocol we decide on during

the next few days.

Thank you again for caring.

Best regards,
