New Approved ASTM Standards

D3687 - Standard Practice for Analysis of Organic Compound Vapors Collected by the Activated Charcoal Tube Adsorption Method has been reapproved, available as D3687-07(2012) developed by Committee D22.04, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

D4230 - Standard Test Method of Measuring Humidity with Cooled-Surface Condensation (Dew-Point) Hygrometer has been reapproved, available as D4230-02(2012) developed by Committee D22.11, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

D5075 - Standard Test Method for Nicotine and 3-Ethenylpyridine in Indoor Air has been reapproved (with editorial change), available as D5075-01(2012)e1 developed by Committee D22.05, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

D5791 - Standard Guide for Using Probability Sampling Methods in Studies of Indoor Air Quality in Buildings has been reapproved (with editorial change), available as D5791-95(2012)e1 developed by Committee D22.05, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

D5955 - Standard Test Methods for Estimating Contribution of Environmental Tobacco Smoke to Respirable Suspended Particles Based on UVPM and FPM has been reapproved (with editorial change), available as D5955-02(2101)e1 developed by Committee D22.05, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

D6061 - Standard Practice for Evaluating the Performance of Respirable Aerosol Samplers has been reapproved (with editorial change), available as D6061-01(2012)e1 developed by Committee D22.04, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

D6062 - Standard Guide for Personal Samplers of Health-Related Aerosol Fractions has been reapproved, available as D6062-07(2012) developed by Committee D22.04, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

E104 - Standard Practice for Maintaining Constant Relative Humidity by Means of Aqueous Solutions has been reapproved, available as E104-02(2012) developed by Committee D22.11, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

F1040 - Standard Specification for Filter Units, Air Conditioning: Viscous-Impingement and Dry Types, Replaceable (Withdrawn 2012) has been withdrawn, with no replacement. F1040- developed by Committee D22.05, ASTM BOS Volume 11.07.

New ASTM Work Items

WK38595 - Standard Test Methods for Chemical and Gravimetric Analysis of White and Yellow Thermoplastic Traffic Marking Containing Lead Chromate and Titanium Dioxide is a work item revision to existing standard D4797-88(2007)
