I have been taking Sam-e. Last night I read the box and noticed it said

it " enhances mood by promoting a balance of neurotransmitters, dopamine

and serotonin, which are part of overall healthy brain function. " If

this is enhancing dopamine and LDN is blocking it, is it a bad idea to

take it?

Uh.. jmho.. No, not at all!

Once you're taking LDN, you should look at all vitamins and minerals as if you have no problem. So, if you were overdosing in vitamins and minerals Because of your MS, then go back to normal regular RDA. If you were taking a med to help with things because of the MS, you may consider what dose, or if needed, if your immune system is now orchestrating properly.

The only major unknown issue and presumed avoidance are Opiate Based meds and chemicals.

The LDN would help the Sam-e do for you, what it would do for someone else who didn't need any other meds, or LDN. jmho of course ;)

ymmv, and all that
