Guest guest
Today, I am able to speak up for myself.Often I have said "I’m sorry" right after I have stated how I feel about a subject matter, where, in fact, no apology was necessary. I felt uncomfortable stating my opinion so it seemed "wrong", in my mind, to do so. What I have found is that there is no wrong or right because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Step out of your comfort zone and communicate your thoughts. When I do this and I temper my words with compassion and honesty, my reward is a large dose of self-esteem.Fear not what others may think of what you say or do. Even God doesn't plan to judge a man till the end of his days so why should we be so worried about being judged by others now.
