Guest guest
Hi Lesa I hope you enjoy our group and can get to the bottom of your pain problem soon. Insomnia alone can cause a myriad of problems and fatigue is certainly one of them. Have you seen a doctor and if so what did he/she say? I can appreciate your feelings of guilt but you now have the opportunity to spend more time with your husband and children. You will also have more time to take care of yourself. Perhaps just slowing your schedule down will benefit your problems. My 2 children and I had to adjust to multiple surgeries and other illnesses that I had while they were growing up. I often apologized and they said and still say, " but mom we could always talk to you about anything and our friends never talk to their parents " . So now you can be an even better listener than you already were. Your children will prize this more than any toy you can purchase for them. Kaylene >Hello! Guest guest
>>I've been having chronic back pain since I was 16 and cuz of it I also have a hard time sleeping.I'm going crazy cuz of it but I can't do really anything about it[can't afford to see a doctor].<< Hello , Welcome to the group. I joined just a week and a half ago and already don't know how I could have done without it before! What exactly is your back problem? I am 34 and was recently diagnosed with severe joint degeneration at L4/5. My problems started when I put my back out in Feb. of this year. I figured it was just a temporary thing but I never got better. I can't sleep either. It's very lonely in the middle of the night when you're feeling rotten, isn't it? If we weren't in incompatible time-zones, I'd suggest you drop me a line sometime in the middle of the night! Re. not being able to afford seeing a doctor, that's horrible. Although our medical system up here in Canada is very very slow (I heard on the news it's a 2 year wait for hip replacements these days), it is totally free for everybody. You can see any doctor or specialist, get any test, and the government will pay. It's one thin (one huge thing) less to worry about when you are already worried about your health. Glad to have you here, Diane Vancouver, B.C.

Every once in awhile I would get a sharp pain in my upper back. Now,for about 2 years that pain is still once in a while but now my entire upper back hurts all the time. Guest guest
Dear Kapil, A warm welcome to you. I hope that we all live up to your standards! Just as we hope that you will contribute actively to our site. Relax! We don't want money, but something more precious. Your love and affection. It will help if you take out time regularly to write anything which you feel valuable to everybody. BTW it is customary to write your admission batch year after your name. Thanks.
