I received this question from a colleague (pediatrician) who needs advice from the real world on how to fix the problem: " I got an email from a family who insulated their home with PU foam and afterwards had to leave bec of allergy-like symptoms in the family. They saw Yale Envir/Occ Med who recommended remediation with the caveat that the remediation may not solve the problem.
