Guest guest
Hi! Bihari's office{ Celiacs are able to eat wheat while also taking LDN! I can eat red meat again but will be cautious of cholesterol. Canadian neighbor has 17,ooo acres in Alberta with timber, cattle, and high cholesterol. I gave up Dutch Master little cigars when toes turned purple with poor circulation. Toes healthy pink and won't return to smoking. A rare steak from the local organic will be an occasional treat. Guess fear of MSG not important while taking LDN nightly. My progressive MS and Rheumatoid Arthritus are BOTH in remission and bladder control returned. Enjoy the freedom. Guest guest
There is a huge difference in being able to do something and doing it in spite of consequences. Of course you CAN eat wheat. I always COULD eat wheat, I just paid the price with stomach ailments, a congested head so bad I had to give up scuba diving, continuous sinus drainage with perpetual sore throat and a migraine headache at least every 10 days. I COULD still eat wheat and end up with about the same situation. It is much smarter not to do that, at least in my case. The same holds true with smoking, drinking, etc… One of the keys to living is learning that doing things have consequences. If you are willing to pay the price, nobody is stopping you. Please just do not advise people that there will be no consequences for their actions. Everyone is different. Not everything works for everyone the same way or all the time. Some may be border line and LDN is enough to keep symptoms at bay, at least for a time. Once the body re-toxifies itself, the symptoms will reappear. Allergies, especially to foods, are a tricky lot. You can clean out your system frequently within days or a couple of weeks. You can start in again and it may take months before the symptoms reappear, or not. But if you want to live symptom/consequence free, avoidance is the best route. If you are willing to suffer, then go for it. It is that simple. What price are you willing to pay? There is something else to consider in the case of celiac’s disease. Because it is immune based, by eating wheat you are putting an additional strain upon the immune system to counteract the effects of eating something that does not digest properly in your body. If you are in this group, you are here because your immune system is faulty or at least not capable of handling the condition that lead you to seek alternative help. Why would you wish to put an additional strain on the very bodily function that is in need of support? Learn to live without the bread/pasta/beer. If you life is not precious enough to give up indulgences for the sake of better overall lifestyle, then I pity you.
