Hi Bren! My prescibing doctor, Bohlman, ABIM,

(541) 994-9191, Lincoln City, OR took my state

Medicaid card and faxed my prescrip to Skip's after

asking if I could afford 3 months at a time ans save

postage. No referral and no phone consults. Said NO

reason any doctor should refuse an absolutely harmless

medication. And he diagnosed Rheumatoid

Arthritus-- " Not active " Am spreading the Good News to

Portland MS Society volunteer who added another

printoutfor new self help MS group forming at Newport,

OR hospital. I took webpage 11 pages and Skip's

receipts. Please add Dr. Bohlman to list. Best,
