Guest guest
Hi Tom...you asked about my situation before starting the LDN. Well mine is somewhat of a unique situation as you see, I did very well with my MS progression for at least 10 years or so. Little did I know that it was because of all the endorphins I was pumping with my heart pumping aerobics. I had been doing this when I had my first bout of ON in 1984 and again in 1989 so I never stopped that for at least 10 or more years. Only when I slacked on the exercise for maybe a year or so did I start to progress. I experienced a new strange optic neuritis symptom. My walking long distances got worse after a bout of numb legs for about 6 months...stuff like that. That is when I started to investigate what drug I would take to slow down the progress. Little did I know that my research online would lead me to the LDN and not only did I find something to slow the progression, I do believe that I have halted it. I am ever so thankful for Dr. Bihari's theories and that is why I spend a great deal of my time trying to share any information that I can so that others can benefit from what I have learned. I hope that in 3 years time you will be saying the same thing about your own situation as I am right now. Good luck Tom...{{{hugs}}} JoyceF
