Hi Everyone,

My husband heard a story from one of his co-workers today about the sad

event of having his wife end up in a care home with MS recently. He told my

husband that they had a good 5 years from diagnosis where things were not

real bad. During that time they tried many things which included taking out

her fillings and some other type of treatments. Once she started going down

hill, it was pretty quick. Needless to say my husband got really depressed

after hearing this. He could not share his story about MS or LDN because no

one knows at his work. The question I have is: has anyone on our chat site

heard of anyone that has been to the point of needing to be in a care home

and starting LDN. Has there been anyone that has turned around or at the

least had a better quality of life with LDN, that was that far down with MS?

I know of at least 3 people that have gotten out of a scooter or wheel chair

with LDN, which I consider quite miraculous. My husbands turn around was

amazing and you would never even know he has MS now, but he was nowhere near

needing a wheel chair.

I would love to share the information about LDN but I don't want to get

their hopes up if it is not something that seems feasible at this stage.

Thanks

Aletha
