Today, I am able to act instead of react.

When someone comes up to you and says something that you do not like or you do

not agree with, what is your first reaction? I have found that when I do not

react right away, I usually come up with a better reply than when I respond in

anger or in frustration. Take a deep breath, count to ten, walk away, or do

whatever it takes for you to act responsibly instead of reacting in anger. You

will be and feel like a better person for it.
