If it is too much to deal with, you can always lower it right away. If you think you can manage with this reaction for about a week, then you could see if it works its way through. And of course you can go back to 3.0 for a while and try increasing in smaller increments. The optimal dosage is 4.5mg. Most women seem to handle 4.5mg better then men.
