Looks like another wonderful Wiccan-style New Age approach to understanding your body. It seems to be based upon Sympto-Thermal (minus the thermal...), so it may have some scientific basis. However, the "Moon" approach is definitively the Wiccan-style New Age theme - there may even be some reference to the "goddess" in the literature or referenced material if you look into it...

Does anyone know anything about this fertility awareness product?

Thanks!

Marina Alzugaray CNM, who is the author of this product, is a pretty good midwife but is a little bit new-agey for me. These look like a secular and borderline wicca version of what should be a pretty basic bit of teaching for our daughters about their bodies.
