Hi Artie,

The recommended dosage is only 500mg. It seems that many MS'rs take 2 pills

of 500mg per day. I don't think I will push the amount past that. Please

remember that it is most effective if you take it on an empty stomach. My

husband takes one in the morning before breakfast, and one in the afternoon

when he just gets home from work.

If you have cancer, you do not want to take this product. If you have high

blood pressure you also do not want to take this product.

My husband tried everything you can imagine to get rid of his horrible

depression and nothing worked until he started this product. He also has

more energy.

Dr. Bihari recommends 500mg 2 times per day but in the depression study of

DL-Phenylalanine 500mg was given 3 times per day. Try taking one 500mg along

with your nightly LDN dose(I do) and then one 500mg in the AM around 10am or

11am and take one 500mg around 3pm or 4pm.
