Hi my name is a (41 years old) I am going to my internist today for pains

in my muscles and bones that has gotten progressively worse for about 2

months. I have general soreness always but I notice these flare-ups about

every 2-3 days after I have been feeling ok. The pain effects the back of my

neck (sometimes R side of it too), both shoulders , arms and hands, lower

back and down into the legs. I am always so very tired. Often if I am doing a

task I have to pace it and rest after each thing I do. I was having symptoms of

hypoglycemia but I my blood sugar tests did not confirm that. I also have a lot

of forgetfulness and clumsiness lately. I have been a professional dancer and

very active in ballet all of my life. I am wondering if the wear and tear of it

all is catching up with me?

I am used to being active in dance and the garden and

now I hardly have enough energy to walk up and down stairs. Though

sometimes I do if not having a 'flare-up' or whatever this is. The only other

thing wrong wiith me is that I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome

and with that comes infertility, high cholesterol and high BP. I am on 4

meds:atenolol, hydrochlorothiazide, BC pill, and prozac. Two big stresses I

have experienced in the last year is my sister dying of cancer and dad dying

of heart failure this Sept. I am not hanging in gloom though and I was feeling

good about moving forward with life until this all struck me. Any ideas of what

this sounds like? I want some amo before I lay it all down for the doctor. He

thought from my phone conversation withhim it sounded like arthritis. my

endocrinologist feels I might be bi-polar without the swings.

Thanks,

a
